By accessing or using any services provided by Biz E-Formations Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at bizeformations.com and the client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Biz E-Formations Inc. provides business formation and compliance services including, but not limited to:
- LLC and Corporation formation in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong
- EIN (Employer Identification Number) procurement
- Registered agent services
- Business mailing address and mail forwarding
- Document preparation and filing
- Client portal access for tracking formation status
We act as a formation and compliance service provider only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and the formation process
- Upload authentic identification documents (e.g., passport, proof of address) as required
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us promptly of any errors in your formation documents
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws
4. Fees & Payments
All fees are displayed on our Pricing page. Fees may include:
- Service fees charged by Biz E-Formations Inc.
- Government/state filing fees (which vary by jurisdiction)
- Annual registered agent or mailing address renewal fees
Payments are processed securely. All fees are non-refundable once the formation process has been initiated, unless an error was made on our part. Government filing fees are never refundable regardless of the outcome.
5. Document Submission & Compliance
Certain formation services require the submission of identification documents for compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes. By submitting documents through our portal, you confirm that the documents are genuine and belong to you. Submission of false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated processing times provided are for guidance only. Processing times depend on government agencies and are subject to change. We are not liable for delays caused by government processing, incomplete information from the client, or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biz E-Formations Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
